The Cotton Club is welcoming back Ricci Whelan to the family this week to join forces with head Chef, Eddie Richardson and work on an exciting, fresh, new summer menu.
Ricci joins us after 3 successful years as Owner/Operator of the multi award winning and Trip Advisor topping Apex Milk Bar.
The new menu is all about the grill! Our Star Chef Eddie has hand-picked some of the finest beef which is hand cut such as the Bass Strait sirloin prepared to the customer’s liking with a huge choice of sides and sauces. What about the old favourites you cry? Don’t worry we are keeping all your favourite dishes on our menu too.
The new, all day menu offers something for everyone. Whether it’s a cooked to perfection steak, a fresh healthy salad, a selection of the best burgers in Cairns that include a large range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options.
